Hownd will send confirmation and reminder emails to your customers after they purchase or claim one of your promotions. Hownd may also directly market to any consumer email lists uploaded to our platform. Any marketing that Hownd does to its consumer list will be for the benefit of you, our merchant, in order to maximize the amount of foot traffic generated to your business. In order to protect your customers from receiving competing marketing, we have built exclusion ranges into our MyHownd application. This means that if you upload a list of consumer emails to your Hownd account, those consumers will not see any of your competitor’s MyHownd promotions if they have not already subscribed to their list as well.
