- Customer’s Name
- Customer’s Email
- Purchase
- Price
- We will look for the customer’s proof of purchase and provide all of the information needed to follow up with Stripe.
- Next, login to your Stripe account and respond to the dispute. (See more details on how to do that here.)
- The more info you submit the better your chances of winning. Make sure to give a detailed description of what you offer and include screenshots of your customer’s purchase and/or redemption details.
