How and Why Do I Redeem a Promo?

How to Redeem a Promo:

1. Once a customer activates a promo at your location, ask the customer to Mark as Redeemed.
2. The customer will be prompted to Slide to Confirm.
3. Once the customer has confirmed their redemption, they’ll be able to verify the redemption by the Blue checkmark on their redemption page.
4. This promotion will now show up in the customer’s MyHownd Wallet and they will not be able to use it again.

Reasons to Redeem a Promo:

1. Redeeming prevents the reuse of the same Promo code multiple times.
2. It also gives you the ability to view an accurate report of the performance of your Promos.

Here is Another Way to Redeem a Promo:

1. Select Redeem Promos in the upper right-hand corner of your Hownd dashboard.
2. You can search for the customer’s Promo by entering their name, email, phone number, or confirmation code. Find the correct Promo and select Redeem.
3. If there is a value, enter the amount the coupon is redeemable for and select Submit.
4. You may click Unredeem if you accidentally Redeem the wrong Promo.

Note: To give your employees access to Redeem Promos, right-click the Redeem Promos button and click Copy Link Address. Bookmark this address for future use. If this link ever stops working, simply right-click the Redeem Promos button and repeat the process.
