Creating an account with Stripe is part of our on-boarding process and typically occurs during your initial account setup. You would have created a username and password for Stripe.com and then linked your Stripe account to your bank account.
Typically, people use the same login email address as they do for Hownd.
However, due to the financial sensitivity of your Stripe account, we strongly encourage you to use a different password than that of your Hownd account.
