4 Ideas for Capturing & Using Customer Data to Remarket

If you’re new to collecting customer data and need a place to start, or you’re not quite sure how to start using the data you already have, here are 4 ideas for capturing and using customer data to remarket!

  1. Email Marketing

    When guests book parties and events, fill out a digital waiver, or claim a promo on your website, you have the ability to capture their email. If you don’t already have a way of collecting this information, be sure to look into some of the options linked above.

    For all other email communication, like monthly email newsletters, you can use a platform like MailChimp or Constant Contact.   2. Social Media

    Posting on social media grows your brand awareness. Potential customers will learn more about your facility and current customers will be reminded to come back for another visit.

    To collect data, you can include a link in your post (and in any profile bio) that’ll direct viewers to your online booking page, a promo, or a sign-up form.

    With Facebook, for instance, you can upload your customer list into your Facebook Business Suite, create a custom audience, and run advertisements with a call-to-action directed toward that audience. You can also create a “lookalike” audience. Facebook knows a lot about this custom audience you created, their demographics, location data, likes and dislikes, etc. You can run ads at people who “look like” those who have already visited your FEC!

  3. WiFi Marketing

    WiFi marketing is a great way to capture customer data. By offering free WiFi in return for some information (their name, phone, and email), you’re able to provide value up-front while collecting the data you need to re-engage with those guests later on.
