In order to protect your customers from receiving competing marketing, we have built exclusion ranges into our MyHownd application. This means that if you upload a list of consumer emails to your Hownd account, those consumers will not see any of your competitor’s MyHownd promotions if they have not already subscribed to their list as well.

  3. Click on the MINDBODY Integration and enter your Studio ID.
  4. Then, click Connect.

NEED HELP FINDING YOUR STUDIO ID?

  1. To locate your Studio ID, log into your MINDBODY account.
  2. Once you’ve logged in, look in the URL. You should see part of the URL that reads, “studioid=” followed by a string of numbers.
  3. The numbers following “studioid=” is your unique Site ID. This is what you’ll enter in the MINDBODY integration popup.

  • Once you have initiated the integration from Hownd you will want to accept the Page Role request from Hownd. See steps below
    1. Log into your Facebook business page
    2. Click Settings on the top right of your Facebook account
    3. Click Page Roles on the left column of the settings
    4. Under Pending Partner Requests you will see a request from Hownd.
    5. Give Hownd access.

Note: If you do not see this request and you have initiated the integration through Hownd, you may not have the correct permissions to manage your Facebook page. Contact the person who manages your Facebook and have them go through these steps.
